feat: Neue Seite direkt nach der aktuellen einfügen

„Neue Seite einfügen“ (☰-Menü und Seitenauswahl) legt die leere Seite
direkt hinter der aktuellen an und wechselt dorthin, statt sie ans Ende
zu hängen – etwa zwischen zwei Folien eines PDFs (Issue #3).
